Post Idea Board

At some point or another folks sends Reagan out to fetch supplies. When he returns Brennus takes said supplies and arranges them on the Table.

Three stacks of paper, an empty basket for each stack, and ways to write or draw.

Labelled as follows:

Failpoints

Solutions 2:1

Ideas

In front of these stacks is an explanation in Brennus' calligraphy.

"As a crew we have discussed the Plan and Strategy in regards to how we shall proceed in these new lands. We have been granted an opportunity dreamed of by many a General: that of nigh infinite time to strategize. Please add your own thoughts as to what a Failpoint can be, then all of us can add potential Solutions for those Failpoints  at a ratio of Two Solutions for every One Failure. In addition, any Ideas in regards to the Plan, the Ship, or other items of note that I have neglected to mention.

With gratitude,
Fiachra"

Sovereign Legacy - The blood of a known god runs through your veins and all of creation can feel it in theirs. Having the strength of your divine (or infernal) legacy behind you gives interactions with you a certain twist, based on ST discretion. Your difficulties on all Social rolls are -2 and your presence grants +1 to any group endeavors. ((Supporter Merit with different flavor text and additional cost))

With pointed ears, teeth a bit sharper than they need to be, and a smile like sin before supper, Brennus is not one to blend in. His clothing is mutable, dependent almost entirely on what is most available, save for a raven feather braided into his hair and a necklace of beads loose around his neck. Usually seen with his raven companion, a look of mischief in his eye, and a stride full of poorly contained violence. Somewhere there is a large, far too intelligent orange Maine Coon watching, waiting, and looking distinctly like they know something you don't.

Syd looked at it, picked up a peice of paper and scribbled settled in. After a few moments she puts a peice of paper into the Failpoint box.

'We know nothing of the world outside the bubble. Save for our own blurry historical details.' Near the we know nothing there is a odd drawing of Jon Snow.

Brennus stops in to read things over, adding to the Solutions box.

"We utilize advance scouts through Rex and Reagan to gather information from Kin and Corax. That will give us a far better scope of knowledge than we could gain alone."

Under in he writes, "Upon finding a place where we wish to join the Nation for now we simply explain that we have arrived after a Journey through the Umbra and are uncertain as the exact nature of our arrival here."

In a time, Rex wanders into finding the papers. Looking it over, he takes up a pen.

“The crew has no currency. Many members would be ill suited to traditional employment. Alternative funds acquisition might be necessary.” He writes in flowing script. He places this in the “Problems basket”.

He then takes a second paper for “solutions” and inscribes “Raid Rich Bad Guys” and “Ask the Magically Inclined to spin Gold from Other Stuff”. This he places in the basket the same way the first one went in.

Lastly he stands in front of the suggestion basket and frowns slightly. He thinks a while before taking up the pen again.

“Maybe we could make lists of things we are willing to teach each other. We currently have infinite time. Could get everyone well acquainted and familiar with everyone’s skills.”

He looks at it uncertainly before shrugging and dropping it into the basket. He wanders off again with just as much enthusiasm as before.

Syd wandered by and checked the notes, pulling out a pen she had taken up as hers this being noted by the teeth marks in the pen cap, adding a note to Rex's solutions to the money problem.

"Once I can get settled with my Tribe I can get settled with funds for us. Just need to get acclimated to the human world. Brennus also has a way with gambling so we have that to fall back on as well. Also Eve and Caroline are both very good at the business side of things to keep us balanced."

Then she looked to the Problems.

"Shelter. We have this piece of the woods for now. But we are going to need more."

Brennus stops in to look things over. He nods approvingly at Rex's solutions, adding a "I" to the paper to signify his vote.

Reading through it again he adds, "Once we get free of this time prison Reagan and Caiolynn will take Rex into this world's underground. Make connections locally first, teach the kid how to do the job, remember that we can be certain of nothing here. Start gathering records of market prices both mundane and magickal. Sydney and Ebhilin will work together to put together our legal businesses: Nevermore Trading Co.; Small scale import-export specializing in textiles, precious materials, rare spices, coffee, and antiques. An old world tavern with a team of servants on rent to banquets. The foundational framework for a charity orphanage." Afterward he places his mark.

He takes a look at Sydney's Shelter problem and ponders for a while before writing out his Solutions. "If this place is another's territory then we can challenge for it. If it is not, we claim it for ourselves. We use the funding from our legitimate businesses to purchase land, historical sites, and farms. We bring in Kinfolk without a home, we give them food, education, shelter, protection, and freedom as long as they are willing to help us build and keep the land with us in a way that honors the spirits; no Breed requirements." This too receives his mark.
